as an on-line advertising medium for the
users of this site. We, therefore, hold
no responsibility for and offer no warranty
of goods/items advertised on this site.
The condition of any item sold via our
website is solely the responsibility of
the seller and any discrepancies need
to be dealt directly with the seller.

and no agency, partnership, joint venture

will receive an email notifying you of our

| Minimum age requirements
to sell |
- You must be at least 18 years of age
to place an advertisement on this site
or buy an item.

- Sellers must be legally entitled to
sell the item they are advertising. If
any discrepancies occur in relation to
the ownership of an item being sold, the
authorities will be notified.

| Our Liability to you |
| It is the obligation of
the buyer to investigate the suitability of
an item prior to purchase. We hold no responsibility
for items bought or sold through use of this

| Advertising Rules |
- Your advertisement may only include
text descriptions, graphics, pictures
and other content relevant to the sale
of that item. All contact information
must be yours or you must be permitted
to use it.

- Any GST must be shown in the price of
the item advertised.
|
- Your ad will be reviewed and submitted
by us and will remain on-line until removed
by you (this is a run it till you sell
it service). Advertisers will receive
an e-mail monthly to make sure your ad
is still active. If your item has been
sold, we ask that you remove your ad.
By doing this, advertisers will avoid
any inconvenience to themselves; potential
buyers and it will allow new advertisements
to take their place.

- Both private and commercial advertisers
are permitted to use this site for buying
and selling purposes.
|
- All information provided by the advertiser
is taken on good faith, e.g “condition
of item”. It is the responsibility
of the buyer to confirm all information
in advertisement prior to purchase. We
hold no responsibility for items that
have been mis–advertised.

| Advertising and Payment
Terms |
- When you place an ad on this site, it
is reviewed and then submitted by us.
Your advertisement will be submitted,
after approval, within 24 hours of your
payment being received. Sellers only pay
a one time fee for placement of an ad
on this site. All fees on this site are
GST inclusive.
|
- Payments for advertisements placed on
this site can be made via Paypal using
a credit card (visa, mastercard or bankcard)
or via direct deposit. Once an ad has
been paid for, receipt of your payment
will be generated to your nominated email
account. Advertisements will not be reviewed
or submitted until payment is received.
|
| Non-paying buyers |
| As a seller, you may notify
us of a "non-paying buyer" via email
at service@rodsridesnboats.com.au If this person is a registered user of
our site, they will have their account with
us suspended indefinitely. We reserve this
right. |
